Tawfiq Therapy is a private practice that provides face to face counselling in both East and West London, as well as online and over the telephone... I provide a non judgmental space where the individual can begin their journey of self exploration. Supporting them as they navigate through their past and present experiences, to a destination of self love and compassion.
