Tammie is the epitome of a transformational, emphatic, and servant leader, she allows her team members autonomy in decision making to access buy-in to the overall vision of the organization. Tammie knows the talent when she sees it in her employees and harvests employee talents to accomplish strategic objectives... Tammie is a gifted team player and is able to create effective work groups to accomplish strategic initiatives. Her honesty, integrity and concern for her employees gives her a unique approach to campus management that allows her to achieve or exceed operational goals while maintaining a cohesive and productive campus team... Tammie is dedicated and talented. She sticks to a task with single minded purposefulness until it is completed with the highest quality possible. I not only worked beside her at AEP Energy (CSWS) but completed college with her. This gave me the opportunity to observe her in both environments.
