Our mission is to end systematic oppression and discrimination against African Americans. We believe in elevating black voices in government and policy-making, so that they can advocate for themselves and their communities. Our team is made up of experts in political science, sociology, and public policy, all of whom share a commitment to social justice and equality... Here at the African American Leadership and Policy Institute, our mission is to serve as a catalyst for positive change in the African American community. We aim to be leading advocates for social justice, education, workforce development, and economic opportunity for African Americans. Our Institute is dedicated to the betterment of the community, and we are proud to offer programs and initiatives that will empower individuals and strengthen the community.
