Hi, I am Juan, That Sauce guy aka Sauce Boss. Growing up in a Mexican American, low income, single parent household, I learned at an early age how to recreate dishes that I loved to eat. As you may know, sauces are a staple in Mexican cuisine. There was a sauce for everything! But my favorite was Verde Cream Sauce! With my passion for cooking and my love for sauces, That Sauce was born! Wanting to make my own sauces, I spent years in the kitchen perfecting what is now That Sauce! That Sauce makes Jalapeno Verde Cream, Tomato Salsa and Caribbean Pepper sauces with simple, fresh ingredients and, love! More importantly, there are NO additives and or preservatives in my creations. That Sauce sauces can go on just about everything and is the Juan and only sauce that every household needs! Once you give them a try, a meal without them will never be the same!
