Texas Small Batch Beef is a new enterprise, but an age old concept. We are a 5th generation cattle ranching family in Central West Texas dedicated to providing premium quality all natural beef from our ranch to your table. The Stansberry Triangle Bar Ranches are located out of Eden, TX. The headquarter ranch is located in Concho County. We also operate in surrounding Menard and McCulloch counties. We utilize top Angus genetics in our cattle which provides an optimal combination of efficiency, performance, and quality in our end product. Angus beef is well known for its marbling and ability to create a tender, juicy, and flavorful meat. Our Texas Small Batch Beef is "all natural" in that our cattle are never administered growth hormones, steroids, or antibiotics. Our cattle are born and raised right here in the Concho Valley on the same ranch. Our grass finished cattle are 100% grass fed start to finish.
