The Literary Gift Company was founded in 2009 by Dani Hall, and is based in Reading (where else?) A former bookseller and bookshop manager, Dani was just completing an MA in Children's literature when she spotted a gap in the market for great quality bookish gifts and launched the company in her spare time. Ten years later and it's become much more than a full-time job for Dani, (and definitely doesn't fit in her house anymore!), so 8 years ago we moved into Literary HQ in the centre of Reading. At Literary HQ our dedicated team help support our lovely customers, keep our website up to date and spend time seeking out inspiring new product ideas... A one-stop-shop for book lovers everywhere, we produce our own ever-growing range of literary products, as well as sourcing a unique combination of gorgeous products from new designers, alongside the best of quality brands from our partners. We especially love promoting products which recycle or upcycle abandoned or unloved books.
