He examines issues related to race, policing, and public governance; focusing on redesigning public policies, programs, services, and practices that improve police-community relations.

Danny Langloss

Danny Langloss, Jr. is a police and city management professional with more than 14 years of executive leadership experience with the City of Dixon, IL. He retired from the police department after 21 years, with the last 10 as Police Chief, and is currently the City Manager. Danny is also a leadership strategist and coach.

Derek Carle

Eric C. Arnold

Eric Arnold, a Program Director for the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board Executive Institute, manages the School and Campus Safety Program through the Illinois Terrorism Task Force (ITTF). He also serves on the ITTF Law Enforcement Mutual Aid and Emergency Management Committees.

Frank Schweitzer

Frank Schweitzer is a 30-year veteran of law enforcement, retiring as a Sergeant from the Los Angeles (CA) Police Depart-ment. During his career he served in various capacities with outside agencies including the Federal Bureau of Investi-gation, U.S. Secret Service, and the Del Norte County District Attorney's Office.

Jeffrey Fritz, founder and owner, has an extensive background in public service spanning more than four decades, with over 30 years in leadership roles, includ-ing Chief of Police, for municipal and state law enforcement agencies and organizations; and over eight years of city government experience, as Mayor and Alderman for the City of Canton, IL. Jeff is a 32-year veteran of law enforcement with his last two years as Chief of Police. He has over 30 years in supervisory, management, and leadership roles in municipal and state law enforcement agencies and organizations; and over 10 years of program develop-ment, delivery, and training experience in a law enforcement-related environment.

John Gaw

John Gray was a Police Chief for 12 years during a law enforcement career of 32 years. Then, he created and administer-ed promotional assessments for 8 years for police agencies in Washington State, conducting 150 processes from Sergeant to Chief involving over 800 candidates and 400 assessors.

Nancy L. Rabel

Nancy Rabel is a local government and public body attorney. She has practiced law since 1997, concentrating in munici-pal, labor, and employment law. She is currently an Assistant City Attorney at the City of Champaign, IL. Nancy also served as an administrative law judge for the Illinois Labor Relations Board.

Timothy Goergen

Tim Goergen has extensive leadership experience in both law enforcement and security operations. He served 30 years with the Bloomingdale, IL Police Depart-ment retiring as Chief of Police, and then transitioned to Corporate Security Direc-tor for General Growth Properties over-seeing security for 60 regional malls.
