The Rehoboth Project is a tax-exempt project fiscally sponsored by Samuel Dewitt Proctor allowed by law of the Internal Revenue Code... The immediate work of The Rehoboth Project (TRP) will be to train the LiveFree teams in the particulars of the MCAT process. Then we will build a base of leaders comprised of community leaders and affected individuals. We will build in cities that have exhibited a propensity for the type of reform we represent and have LiveFree teams. Our initial target cities have significant populations of color. Part of the initial push for support is to lead the fiduciary gatekeepers, of the cities involved, through a process of organizing norms, to situate this project as a reallocation of a small percentage of the budget to create 1 trial team over the course of a year to determine the efficacy of the process...
