ROYAL CHARITY

The Royal Charity for Widows and Orphans Initiative is a non-governmental, non-political, Non-ethnic, non-religious, non-profit organization based in Ughelli Delta State, Nigeria. Was formally known as Royal Ladies Club and was founded in Feb, 1999 by EVANG. (MRS.) ELIZABETH OJUROMU DORTIE, B.A.EDUC. It has a branch in Festac Town, Lagos. Its governing body is made up of a Board of Trustees, Executive Directors and appointed Patrons/Matrons and Covenant Partners. The RCWWOI works in close collaboration with other NGO's and International and National Agencies in order to effectively utilize the capacities of families, individuals, organizations and government to address the needs of widows and their children.
