TLC TRANSFORMATIONS

TLC Transformations is a community-based resource to support individuals and communities in taking transformative action to ensure our children thrive in health, belonging, and multicultural connections... Our aim is to bring awareness to, provide consultation and training, and create systemic change that will increase health equity for Native American, Latinx, and other under-served communities in New Mexico. We work with communities directly who are building self-determined change. We also work with individuals, schools, clinics, non-profit organizations, state and federal government, and grant funders who want to or currently collaborate to improve prevention and treatment programs for underserved communities.
