Mr. Triplett is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), and has accumulated over 15 years experience in the field of financial management and accounting, specializing in forecasting, compliance and risk management, and the development and monitoring of control systems. Mr. Triplett's experience includes acting as CFO for various operating public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and Canadian Securities Exchange. Prior to his work with public companies, Mr. Triplett was an audit and assurance manager for a mid-size public accounting firm.

Glenn Timson

Mr. Timson started his career in Tulsa, Oklahoma, working for Texaco. He then worked at Sullivan and Company until he founded Timson Exploration Company exploring in the Mid-continent and Williston Basin. Mr. Timson is also the co-founder of ORCA Resources, LLC, which has pioneered several successful de-watering resource plays in the Mid-Continent. Mr. Timson holds a B.S. in Geology form Eastern Illinois University and an M.S. in Geology from The Ohio State University.

Gordon Keep

Mr. Keep has extensive business experience in investment banking and public natural resource companies. Mr. Keep is the CEO of Fiore Management & Advisory Corp., a private financial advisory firm. He also serves as an officer and/or director for several natural resource companies. He holds a B.S. in Geological Science from Queen's University and an M.B.A. from the University of British Columbia.

Ian Telfer - Chairman

Mr. Telfer is a Canadian executive and philanthropist known for his strategic business success in the mining and resource sector. Mr. Telfer was the Chief Executive Officer of Wheaton River until its merger with Goldcorp in 2005 when he became Goldcorp's President and Chief Executive Officer. In 2006, Mr. Telfer was appointed Chairman of the Board for Goldcorp, a position that he held until 2019 when Goldcorp merged with Newmont Mining, creating the world's largest gold company. He studied Political Science at the University of Toronto and earned his M.B.A. from the University of Ottawa. Mr. Telfer is also a Fellow in the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Michael Ratway

Mr. Ratway is a licensed professional petroleum engineer with over 23 years of experience in reservoir, production and drilling engineering and economic valuation. He began his career with Conoco, Inc. in Ventura, California, and continued working with Conoco in the U.K. Currently, he serves as a consulting engineer advising on projects worldwide including Fortune 500 companies such as Linde and Sempra Energy's Southern California Gas. Mr. Ratway holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Penn State University.

Ms. Diana McQueen

Ms. Diana McQueen has energy and environmental public policy experience from regional, provincial, and international levels, in addition to entrepreneurial experience in operating an independent business. She is currently the Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications & Stakeholder Relations at Reconnaissance Energy Africa Ltd. (TSX-V listed issuer) and a director of MEG Energy Corp. (MEG.TO) Ms. McQueen held various Alberta provincial cabinet roles during 2008 to 2015, including Minister of Energy, Minister of Environment and Water, and Minister of Municipal Affairs. Ms. McQueen has her own consulting firm and is a Senior Policy & Strategic Advisor to her clients in the areas of Energy, Environment, Indigenous and Municipal relations. She is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and holds the ICD.D designation.

Neel Duncan

Robert Johnston

Mr. Johnston established Atalaya Resources, LLC, in 2014. The private oil and gas exploration company operated in Western Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle. The company was sold in 2022. Mr. Johnston retired from Apache Corporation in 2014 as Executive Vice President. His positions at Apache included Vice President of the Central Region, responsible for the Anadarko Basin, Permian Basin, and East Texas Basin; Country Manager Apache Argentina, responsible for Neuquén Basin, Austral Basin, and Cuyo Basin; Exploitation Manager, Apache Canada, responsible for Alberta and Saskatchewan; and Development Manager, Apache Egypt, responsible for Khalda concession of the Western Desert. Mr. Johnston began his career in 1982 as a geologist with Apache Corporation. Mr. Johnston received a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Tulsa.
