From South Africa to Seer Green, with a BSc in Sport Science and a Level 3 in Personal Training; I have focused my love of fitness and health on improving full body movement, reducing aches and pains and supporting others in creating their own healthy and sustainable lifestyles... EJ offers 1-1 tailored personal training sessions to rebalance the body, reduce aches and pains and support a healthier lifestyle. Tennis S sessions are available to all players to help improve agility, strength and power all while reducing risk of injury.
