UKCCRG

Our mission is to improve patient outcomes by developing new treatments, testing innovative ways to improve care delivery, and by identifying better ways to translate knowledge into practice... Members of the UKCCRG helped recruit patients into the RECOVERY trial which lead the world in the discovery of the efficacy of steroids for this disease... We aim to provide an environment for multi-disciplinary critical care professionals and academics to share experience, develop new research, and encourage the wide-spread participation in research studies. We hold an annual conference and share research opportunities throughout the year. We are supported and hosted by the Intensive Care Society.
