We are mobile, working from our base near Berwick-upon-Tweed, and will always endeavour to resolve your computer issues on-site. When this is not possible we will take your computer away and, if required, leave you with a courtesy computer to enable you to continue with your normal computing routines... We also provide startup assistance and training for those who have either limited or no experience with computing and the internet but who wish to get started. We are especially happy to work with more senior citizens because we believe, it is never too late to start.
