UPLIFT

Uplift is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other. By applying the Uplift tools, people are able to help themselves and other members prevent nervous and emotional disturbances and solve common problems... Uplift is a support group for people dealing with anxiety, depression and other mental illnesses... Uplift Mental Health Support is a group of individuals who have or are struggling with mental health issues. We come together in meetings to encourage one another. We also learn from each other and from the program (based in cognitive behavioral therapy) how to deal with the feelings and sensations we encounter.
