WAServes is a coordinated network of services, resources, and care that provides direct access for veterans, service members, and their families. Since 2017, our network consists of public, private and non-profit organizations that are tailored to meet the unique needs of the communities they serve. Our vision is that every service member, veteran and their family, can easily access the full range of comprehensive services required to achieve their unique goals. Partners in the network are connected through Unite Us‘ shared technology platform, which enables them to send and receive electronic referrals, address people's social needs, and improve health across communities.
