Partners in the network are connected through Unite Us‘ shared technology platform, which enables them to send and receive electronic referrals, address people's social needs, and improve health across communities. Unite Nebraska is sponsored by CyncHealth. The Nebraska 211 Contact Center team, acting as the Coordination Center for Unite Nebraska, processes and facilitates network referrals, ensuring clients are connected to the best program to address their needs. The network is supported by a Nebraska-based Unite Us team focused on community engagement, network health and optimization, and customer success.
