Anna Bickley

Anna Bickley joined Uvision360, Inc in 2017 as the Sales Operations Manager. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bickley worked at Morgan Creek Capital Management in Chapel Hill where she was an investor relations associate for the investment firm. Ms. Bickley has extensive experience maintaining client relationships as well as acting as a liaison inside the firm to resolve all operational issues for client accounts. Prior to Morgan Creek, Ms. Bickley worked at Lehman Brothers on the Capital Introductions team in the New York office. Ms. Bickley received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Anna joined Luminelle360, Inc in 2017 as the Sales Operations Manager. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bickley worked at Morgan Creek Capital Management in Chapel Hill where she was an investor relations associate for the investment firm.

Anne Whitaker

Board - Advisor Anne Whitaker has extensive life sciences industry experience, having worked across the pharmaceutical, biotech and specialty pharma sectors for the last thirty years. Anne previously held a number of senior executive roles at multiple public pharmaceutical companies Sanofi, GlaxoSmithKline, Bausch Health Company and Synta Pharmaceuticals, and, most recently, she held the position of Chief Executive Officer, and subsequently Chairperson of Aerami Therapeutics, a private life science company. Anne currently serves on the Boards of four public biopharmaceutical companies including Mallinckrodt, Faron Pharmaceuticals, OraSure Technologies and Caladrius Biosciences. Anne is recognized as a biopharma industry influencer, advisor and leader, having received numerous awards from PharmaVoice, Women Inc and Fierce Pharma. She holds a BS in Chemistry from University of North Alabama.

Bill Perry

Board - Member Bill Perry has 29 years' experience in VC & private equity medtech start-ups and growth companies. Bill has led or been a key part of fundraising efforts totaling $115M, is himself a seed stage investor, and has sat on multiple boards. He has been key parts of multiple successful exits (both acquisitions and IPO), and led 19 new medical product introductions, many from concept to regulatory approval (FDA, CE and Canada) through to market launch. He has consummated 20+ business development and licensing relationships. He has a BS from Georgetown University, and an MBA/MIM from ASU Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Dr. David Robinson

Dr. David Robinson is a Board Certified obstetrician/gynecologist with extensive experience in the field of urogynecology. He has a combined 37 years of clinical and industry experience. He has provided medical/scientific expertise to both mature and start up business units leading to successful development, regulatory approval and launch of devices in these spaces. This is Dr. Robinson's 3rd start-up, and second with Ms. London Brown. He previously served as the CMO for Aegis Women's Health Technologies, also in RTP. He is the former Medical Director, WorldWide for the Neuromodulation Solutions team, an internal start up within the Johnson & Johnson Global Surgery Group. Prior to that, he served as Medical Director, WW for Ethicon Women's Health and Urology. He provided medical/scientific expertise into device design, evidence generation strategy, trial design and execution for devices in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.

Erich Dreyer - CTO

Erich Dreyer has 15+ years of experience in Medical Device Product Development from concept through commercialization. He recently served as Director of New Product Development for Teleflex Medical. Mr. Dreyer has successfully launched 40+ products meeting or exceeding timelines and budgets. At his most recent role at Teleflex Medical, he led the R&D department responsible for New Product Development. During this time, he transformed the Teleflex Surgical R&D department from a sustaining focused R&D group to a truly innovative R&D group capable of developing and launching new products. As a result the Teleflex New Product Development department successfully launched full product portfolios in fascial closure, cold vessel ligation, specimen retrieval, and most recently MicroLaparosicapy with the launch of Percuvance. These new portfolios represent the development and launch of 24 new product offerings within a 4 year span. Mr. Dreyer has also been responsible for the design and project management of over 20 projects These projects include technologies in plastic injection molding, stamping, metal injection molding, extrusion, dip molding, sealants, silicon molding, EDM, and other machining methods. He has held various leadership roles that included experience with employee management and restructuring, M&A due diligence and guidance, quality processes, and business process improvements. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of MA with a minor in Business Administration. Erich has 15+ years of experience in Medical Device Product Development from concept through commercialization. He recently served as Director of New Product Development for Teleflex Medical.

Frank B. Bennett

Board - Member Frank B. Bennett, PhD - Forty years of experience as an entrepreneur and venture capitalist, with strengths in finance, capital formation, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions. Twenty years of governance experience as a director and Chairman of private and public companies. From 1988 - 2010, President and CEO of Artesian Capital, a Minneapolis, MN private equity firm. Prior to that, Vice President of Piper, Jaffray as a health care investment banker and principal with Piper Jaffray Ventures.

Lynn Moore
