201 Calle de Tetu án San Juan, Puerto Rico 00901
201 Tetuán occupies a privileged corner property - 400 square meters - on the southern edge of the San Juan Historic Zone. The 31,000 square foot building was built (circa 1946) originally as the Puerto Rico corporate headquarters for the Chase Manhattan Bank. In the 1960's the Bank offices moved to new facilities in the central business district (Hato Rey). The Old San Juan branch remained there until the bank closed operations in the 1990's. The floors above the ground level remained as commercial office spaces until 2020 when the last tenant moved out. The building is currently vacant and is in excellent condition, with operable electrical, elevator and water/waste discharge systems.
