Caitlin and Cheryl met while co-leading a ground breaking value based care program in Ohio. We discovered a shared vision of person centered health care with complementary perspectives and expertise that enabled us to move programs forward exponentially. As we saw partner health systems struggle with similar dilemmas, we realized that our shared expertise could create a novel, simplified approach to value based care using behavioral medicine strategies. Weft Health was born.
