Water Runner, Inc. of Midland, Texas was founded by Scott Sommer in 1997. It has been our mission ever since to be a reliable source of water in the Permian Basin. In an area known for having such hard water, we know how hard it can be to find a water source in the Permian Basin, and safe drinking water can be even harder to come by. Our water is produced and filtered in the Permian Basin with the highest quality standards. All of our equipment and trucks are approved by the TCEQ for use with potable water. Per state requirements, our water is tested on a regular basis, so you can be sure it is free from harmful chemicals and hard metals. We can guarantee our water is free form harmful pathogens, and low in chlorides, sulfates, iron, nitrates and total dissolved solids.
