Using only Italian meringue buttercream, fresh cream mousses, European chocolate, and fresh fruit, we ensure that only the highest quality ingredients are used in the creation of our cakes. Anything less than this would fail to achieve the singularly decadent cakes that our clients have found themselves coming back for year after year... M. Antoinette cakes are individually tailored.
