Chris Rockwell is a global business executive with 25 years of experience leading successful cultural transformations in Operations and Safety excellence at businesses around the world. Chris held several positions of increasing responsibility within EnPro Industries, eventually assuming global operational responsibility for their Oil and Gas group. Chris has led more than a half dozen different businesses including three new acquisitions in the U.S. and Europe to a culture of zero injuries.
At Workplace Learning System, Chris offers "real world" insights based on his experiences about what it really takes to build a culture of excellence. Mr. Rockwell is a graduate of the McColl School of Business - Executive Management Program and College of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse. He is also a certified Lean Black Belt. Chris began his career as an Environmental Engineer for Constellation Brands where he supported 8 locations in New York and California.

Jeff Hall is a senior Facilities / Engineering Leader with 3 decades of real-world skilled trades, capital project management and facilities optimization success. Jeff has worked in both union and non-union environments serving the contract furniture, food/beverage and engineered products industries across the US. He started his career in product design, sales and process engineering, but early on, his passion for the trades and large projects led him to Facilities and Project Management with Enpro Industries. He has also led multiple builds and/or renovated multiple large production campuses.
Jeff's passion for facilities excellence comes from the proven practice of respect and guiding individuals to understand their personal effect on the overall objective. He has developed and led world-class facilities departments for Garlock, Hon Industries, Constellation Brands, North American Breweries, and Hazlitt Winery. He is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. A true belief and personal experience in leadership's responsibility to develop and maintain a safe and productive culture is why Jeff is proud to partner with WLS.

Now a Vice President with Workplace Learning System, previously Jon Neubauer's role was Director of Safety Organizational Change with EnPro Learning System since 2015. Jon joined EnPro Industries' Garlock Sealing Technologies division in 2008 as an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator. Jon held a variety of EHS leadership positions within Garlock over the last several years at the regional and global level. He was involved in the EnPro audit program and has led the EnPro case management and workers' compensation training programs as well.
While working in general industry, Jon's primary focus has been on implementation of EHS strategies to lead organizations in development of strong and sustainable safety cultures. These program areas include, Safety Leadership, Behavior Based Safety, employee engagement and empowerment, and personal safety ethic development. Jon has worked in a variety of industries with facilities ranging in size from 10 employees to over 1000 employees. These facilities included both union and non-union sites as well as international locations.
After completion of a B.S. in Environmental Management and Technology, Jon Neubauer began his career performing environmental remediation and consulting services for public and private clients across New York State. Jon first began working in the safety field in 2005 when he offered fall protection training, rescue training and safety consulting services to several wind energy development companies across the globe. During these projects, Jon would lead all relevant EHS programs including, but not limited to, contractor qualification and orientation, new hire orientation and training, fall protection training, high angle rescue, OSHA 10 and 30 hour construction safety training, electrical awareness, hand tool safety, hot work permits, confined space entry permits and rescue training, incident investigation, near miss and safety opportunity reporting.
