YEO is imparting Employment-related Skill Training to the youth of India. The Organization is running vocational training programs focusing on developing the employability standards of our youth through skill training. YEO, over the past 5 years created and implemented several training programs in various sectors... YEO was established in the year 2015 with a mandate to promote skilling in the state of J&K, with a focus on remote areas of Kashmir as well as women groups in the state who faced safe migration issues owing to regional, educational, and skill factors. The organization is an indigenous entity and has a ground-level understanding of the challenges faced by the youth, particularly women in the State. Further, the organization has also worked with the state government of Sikkim in the North East and therefore it has an understanding overall of the challenges faced by the mountain states in terms of logistics, infrastructure, and issues in job creation as well as the marketing..
