Bill's Towing & Recovery is a proudly owned and operated entirely by former police officers and is proudly a certified "drug free" business... Bill's Towing & Recovery is an emergency Registered Tow Truck Operator (RTTO) for Washington State, which means we are inspected and approved to tow for all police agencies, and are authorized to run red lights on our trucks and equipment.
