I relocated to Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, in 2019 and established the first community of likeminded individuals interested in living healthier and enjoying nature, while staying connected to their professional goals. Since our first acquisition, we already developing 150 hectares of land. We're bending the reality of timelines related to permitting, development, and construction. Mostly we're pioneering new possibilities for a generation of professional nomads... Our vision has strengthened to include reforestation projects, infrastructure developments, beach and mountain cleanups. We cater a mix of affordable housing and high end villas. Our members know they'll forever be inspired by the humans, nature and facilities that surrounds Yoko Villages... We build eco-communities that nurture life as much as your life's work.
