Caitlin joined our team in August 2022. We're delighted to have another fluent Welsh speaker on the team! Away from the office, Caitlin enjoys horse riding and spending time with friends.
We can't thank Lynsey enough for all her help with our new mortgage. Nothing was too much trouble for Lynsey and she answered our many, many questions in great detail, ensuring that we understood the process. Chris founded First Mortgage Solutions in 2008 and has nurtured it into the thriving firm it is today. He's been a mortgage adviser since 2005 and is both CeMap and CeRER qualified. Outside of the office Christopher is a keen Swansea and Arsenal football fan, cheering them from the terraces whenever he can.

Welsh speaker Jackie joined First Mortgage Solutions in 2019 as a Compliance Officer. She is CeMAP qualified with 39 years of banking experience. Outside of the office, when she's not busy gardening, you'll find her in her kitchen baking lots of delicious goodies!

Jan spent over 40 years working within a high street bank, with the last 10 years as a CEMap qualified Mortgage Adviser. Away from the office, she enjoys travel, keeping herself fit and spending time with her family.
Jason has over 10 years of experience in protection/insurance and joined our team in March 2023. He is CeMAP, CeRER and Cert CII qualified. He has a love of animals and enjoys nothing more than walking with his dog Rolo. He also enjoys football and has tried his hand at golf, but the less said about that, the better!
Joe Al-Kaabi was fantastic helping me with a re-mortgage - he was always on hand every step of the way - very quick to reply and supportive throughout the process! He was always available and went through all options available to me. Top man! Thanks again!
Joe has been a mortgage adviser for a decade and started his career in the world of mortgage repossession. He definitely prefers putting people into their homes rather than taking them away from them! When he's not dining out with his wife and little boy he enjoys all things sport, especially football and golf.

Lynsey joined First Mortgage Solutions in 2018 bringing 15 years of banking experience. She is our ‘Queen of residential' for mortgages and protection. Lynsey is a Welsh speaker and enjoys watching her local rugby team on Saturdays and is also one of its Committee members.
Ryan joined First Mortgage Solutions with 11 years of banking experience, 5 of those as a Mortgage Adviser. He's driven to help clients achieve their financial goals and loves meeting new faces, keeping himself fit and spending time with those most important to him in his life .. his family and friends.
Stuart has been a Mortgage Adviser since 2017, and before that he was in the fire service. Beyond work he lives with his wife and their dogs and enjoys playing golf, keeping fit and watching Swansea City.
