Like any business we have to charge for our services, but we're not motivated by hitting an imposed profit target. Our rates are reasonable, and we're completely up front and transparent about our fees. We make sure there are no nasty surprises, and we're happy to agree a fixed fee in advance... We've been fortunate enough to work with many of our clients (from large national and regional employers through to lots of smaller growing businesses) for years, and these clients continue instructing us. We also regularly receive new clients (both business and personal) through recommendations from others we have helped... We know the law, but we won't advise you like a talking textbook. Instead, we focus on explaining your options and the pros and cons of each for you or your business. When you've decided which option you want to take, we'll give practical advice about the next steps and support you through the process.
