Gina has over 25 years in international project management and is a highly skilled bi-lingual English/French project manager. She joined Redcliff in 2019 as Client Project Manager and is responsible for ensuring the effective and timely management and execution of Redcliff's mandates.
Gina has experience across a number of sectors including oil & gas, IT software and the automotive sector and has lived and worked in France and Morocco. From 1996 - 2005 Gina was the co-founder of a Paris based consulting business which provided integrated IT solutions to a broad range of clients including Samir Oil & Gas (Morocco) and Bouygues Telecom (France). Since returning to the UK in 2006, Gina has successfully combined her bilingual and project international management experience providing consulting services to several international brand companies.

Founder and director of Redcliff, Michael has over 35 years of experience as a business development executive in the international oil & gas industry, as a senior energy investment banker and as a company director. He began his career in 1982 in the international division of Britoil Plc before moving into investment banking with Samuel Montagu & Co in London and New York, Rothschild and Ferris Baker Watts in Washington DC.
From 2007 to 2014 Michael ran his own consulting firm advising and managing on a broad range of international energy transactions. In late 2014 he was recruited by the Rand Merchant Bank to establish an energy advisory business based in London. In January 2019, after advising on several high profile African transactions and having successfully built the team and the energy advisory practice, Michael left to re-establish Redcliff.
