Previous to joining the Private Wealth Management division, Anna worked within the Finance division of Goldman Sachs as an Internal Auditor where she covered the Merchant Banking business for EMEA.

Anthony is a Partner with the TriSpan Group and part of TriSpan's American private equity team.
Prior to joining TriSpan in 2019, Anthony was a Managing Director at TriArtisan Capital, where he spent seven years focusing on investments in Restaurants, Consumer & Retail and Industrials. Anthony was involved in making TriArtisan's investments in PF Chang's, Hooters, TGI Fridays, Dynacast and Mears Transportation.
Prior to joining TriArtisan, Anthony spent seven years in the Investment Banking Group of Royal Bank of Scotland (previously ABN AMRO) where he specialized in M&A origination and execution. In 2010, Mr. Freijy transferred to the U.S. from Sydney, Australia.
Prior to joining ABN AMRO, Mr. Freijy spent two years in Macquarie Group's Corporate Risk team.
Mr. Freijy received a Bachelor of Business/Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney and is also admitted as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia. He also holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Prior to working with Trispan, Axelle spent twelve years at Quilvest Private Equity, where she was Managing Partner, Head of Europe. Axelle oversaw and led numerous private equity direct investments and fund investments in Europe and was a member of Quilvest's Private Equity global investment committees for direct and fund investments.
Before joining Quilvest, Axelle was Head of Business Development at Netscalibur, a large build-up in the telecom sector backed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. At Netscalibur, which she joined at inception, Axelle participated in the acquisition and integration of numerous companies across Europe.
Axelle started her career in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Morgan Stanley in London.
Axelle received her Master of Science degree from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. She also received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Baudoin is a Partner with the Trispan Group and part of Trispan's U.S. private equity team.
Prior to joining Trispan, Baudoin co-led the direct private equity investment activity of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec ("CDPQ") in the U.S. and Latin America. CDPQ has over C$30 billion allocated to private equity strategies, and while with the firm Baudoin led or worked on transactions representing in excess of $1 billion of capital contributions. Baudoin co-led the firm's New York office and had direct responsibility overseeing dedicated investment teams focused on North American investment activity in the Industrials, Business Services, Consumer & Retail and Energy sectors, as well as for investment activity in selected Latin American countries (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia).
Prior to joining CDPQ, Baudoin was an initial partner and managing director of One Point Capital, a private equity investment firm in New York. Prior to that, he worked from 2003 to 2011 in the New York office of Rhône Capital, a New York and London based private equity firm with over 5 billion under management and a focus on investments in North American or European businesses. While at Rhône, Baudoin had worked on closed private equity investments representing $500 million of aggregate equity investment contributions. Baudoin had joined Rhône Capital after starting his career in the M&A group of Merrill Lynch in New York.
Baudoin received a Dual Bachelor of Arts degree in History and East Asian Studies (cum laude and with honors) from Brown University.

Ben's career as an executive, advisor, and investor in the F&B sector spans 30 years in North America, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. Ben has advised large-scale restaurant and entertainment brands including guiding the international expansion of Dave & Busters, Outback Steakhouse in Korea, and Logan's Roadhouse in the United States. He currently serves as a director for AgroAmerica, one of the largest sustainable banana and palm oil producers in Latin America, and works closely with the family office on their diverse international restaurant and food related investments.
Ben also serves as an active shareholder and board member in the Louisville, Kentucky restaurant group HiCotton Hospitality comprising Feast BBQ (fast casual), Royal's Hot Chicken (Nashville style), and BarVetti (Italian small plates and pizza) where he mentors the founder/chef/entrepreneur and helps shape the pace, scale and sequence of concept development.
Before his advisory work, Ben enjoyed 18 years with YUM! Brands, including positions as President of Long John Silver's/A&W (2007-2010), Managing Director for Latin America (2001-2007), VP for Business Development/CFO for Asia (1996-2001), and CFO/CDO in Toronto, Canada (1992-1996).

Benjamin J. ("B.J.") Douek is a TriSpan Operating Partner.
He is a C-level operations and financial executive with extensive capital markets and M&A experience, in-depth knowledge of banking and securities regulation, GAAP and taxation, and has experienced extensive interaction with banking and securities regulators. An investment banker, lawyer and marketing executive by background, B. J. has served on boards of directors, been CEO, CFO and CRO of public and private companies in diverse industries including: banking, insurance, financial and business services; biotech; media, software and Internet services; and advertising and marketing.
Prior to joining TriSpan, Ben worked in investment banking with the consumer and retail team of Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofAML) in London. At BofAML, Ben worked on several multi-billion dollars buy-side and sell-side transactions advising some of the leading multinationals in the sector, including the sale of Home Retail Group to J Sainsbury in 2016. Before joining BofAML, Ben held several internships in finance at investment banks and private equity companies, including Dubai International Capital.
Ben holds a 1 st class BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick.

Brandon is the founder of Tortilla Mexican Grill, the second largest fast-casual Mexican chain outside the United States, with 36 restaurants in the UK and seven franchised restaurants in the Middle East. Tortilla is the winner of several industry awards including Best Mexican Restaurant in London (Zagat) and is featured regularly in the Alix Partners Profit Tracker for fastest-growing businesses in the hospitality sector.
Brandon is advising a number of hospitality brands. He was previously founder/CEO of REVL, the UK's largest events marketplace; Chairman of Red's True Barbecue, the largest BBQ chain in the UK; and interim Director of eCommerce for Arcadia Group, the umbrella group for Topshop, Topman, Miss Selfridge, and a number of other high street brands.
Brandon began his career in Silicon Valley where he worked in a range of senior positions at several high-profile techology startups, including Webvan and PointCast. He has also served as a consultant at Accenture and Booz Allen Hamilton.
Brandon is a dual US/UK citizen, and originally came to the UK to pursue his MBA at London Business School, from which he was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year in 2013. He is also a graduate of Princeton University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, with certificates of proficiency in Engineering Management Systems and Environmental Studies.
Cat is the Office Manager and Company EA with the TriSpan Group in London. Prior to joining TriSpan, Cat spent 2 years as an EA and Researcher for Stanford Resourcing, a market-leading financial services-focused legal and compliance search firm.
Cat was born and raised in New Zealand and moved to London 8 years ago. In this time she has worked in many industries such as, hospitality, retail loss prevention and real estate.

Chad is an Operating Partner with the TriSpan Group.
Chad received his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2001, and quickly identified in his first practice the value of exceptional patient care and operational excellence. After successfully building a compelling model with a couple of dental practices, in 2010, Chad Co-Founded & served as the Chief Professional Officer for North American Dental Group. The group started with a handful of practices in 2 states and grew predominately through M&A to over 200 locations in 11 states when Chad existed in 2019. Keys to success while building the group were to always have core values front of mind, which created an amazing culture that disseminated to all team members in the organization.
Over the last couple years Chad has invested in several companies, and as an equity and operational partner helped model future growth initiatives while building internal teams to execute successfully on these initiatives.
In 2020, Chad Founded Wise Strategies where he works with health care providers, offices and teams across the United States while also using his experience as a board member in a number of companies.

Dave Allan is TriSpan's group COO and CFO and is a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to joining TriSpan, Dave spent more than 10 years at Goldman Sachs International where he was part of the EMEA Management Team within Private Wealth Management. Prior to this role, Dave had joined Goldman's Institutional Wealth Management business to cover family offices across EMEA. He started his career at Brewin Dolphin Securities as a trainee stockbroker.
Dave has a BA. in Business Studies from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen.
Prior to joining TriSpan, Della worked as an investment banking analyst in the Execution team of UBS in London. At UBS, Della has worked on several deals, including working along the Chemicals team and advising Lonza on the sale of its Specialty Ingredients Division for CHF4.2bn to Bain Capital and Cinven. Before joining UBS, Della held internships in Private Banking and RE Private Equity.
Della holds a Masters in Financial Analysis from London Business School as well as a BA in Economics from the American University of Beirut (AUB).
Prior to joining Trispan, Dimitri worked as a finance analyst at Aegeus Shipping S.A. in Greece for 4 years. During his time there he was involved in the company's fund-raising expansion program, involving 2 road-shows in the USA capital markets, as well as performing financial and commercial analysis for the consideration of new acquisitions.

Elan has over 25 years of private equity experience having participated in over 400 private equity and real estate investments. During his career he has invested in a wide range of sectors from basic manufacturing to technology companies. These investments have spanned from start-ups to multi-billion dollar enterprises.
During his 10 years at Quilvest Private Equity, Elan co-led the private equity arm and was a member of its Board of Directors. He was a committee member on all of Quilvest's private equity and real estate investment programs and a board member on the majority of the USA control private equity investments.
Prior to Quilvest, Elan was a founding member of SG Capital Partners, a US$500million private equity fund. The fund invested in North America across a wide range of sectors from venture capital to buy-outs and achieved top decile investment performance for its vintage. He was an investment committee member and was responsible for investing approximately 40% of the fund's capital.
Elan started his career at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette. He was a founding member of DLJ Merchant Banking, one of the most successful private equity firms of its era. He was responsible for numerous investments in both DLJ's first fund of US$1billion and its second fund of US$3billion.

Fady is since 2005 the Vice President in charge of Corporate Affairs, Communication, Sustainability and Compliance at Japan Tobacco International (JTI) for the Region comprising Turkey, the Near East, the Middle East and Africa and the World Wide Duty Free business ( MENEAT). He is a member of the Regional ExCom that manages the business in that area (58 markets) and of the Corporate Affairs and Communication worldwide leadership team. On top of his role, he contributed to establish and run globally the Compliance function and the Sustainability approach.
Prior to that, he built and operated entities across 3 continents (Europe, Africa and Asia) in highly regulated industries, insuring business sustainability, effectiveness and growth. Between 2001 and 2005, he was the Vice President in charge of business development at GlobeMed (the leading Third party Administrator of healthcare Insurance program in the Middle East and Africa) and had previously gone through 10 years' experience in management consulting supporting different industries among which Technology start-ups and hospitality related entities.

Fady Michel led a team that sourced and/or led investments in more than 250 private and real estate funds and over 110 direct company and property investments.
The investment performance at Quilvest during the 14 years under Fady Michel's leadership translated into two global awards in 2012 and 2013 by PE Exchange Awards. He was also twice in a row, in 2013 and 2014, on the "100 Most Powerful Arabs" list and several times on the cover pages of leading private equity and wealth management periodicals. Prior to joining TriSpan in January 2015, Gregor spent 13 years at Goldman Sachs International first as a senior member of the European Financials Equity Research team and then as the EMEA head of the Institutional Wealth Management business based mainly in London. He founded the "Goldman Sachs Family Office Forums" which regularly brought together Principals, CEO's and CIO of some of EMEA's largest Family Offices and became one of the most high profile events organized by GS PWM in Europe. He was named Managing Director in 2009.
Before moving to London to join Goldman Sachs, Gregor was a member of the Secretariat to the Board of Directors of Erste Bank, Austria's leading financial institution. He worked closely with Erste Bank's CEO and lead numerous strategic projects including managing the bank's successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 1997, the largest IPO to date in Austria and the largest Financials IPO in Europe that year. Jamal then joined Brown Brothers Harriman in NYC for 2 years, advising government and corporate clients in the GCC on stocks and bond portfolios.
Following that, Jamal joined Investcorp as a partner, out of Bahrain, for 17 years, advising and placing with clients in Saudi Arabia, alternative investments, focusing on PE, RE and Hedge Funds.
Jamal then joined Quilvest and focused on placing PE and RE funds to UHNWI and family offices in the GCC.

James is an Operating Partner with the TriSpan Group.
James has over 25 years of experience with private equity owned companies, serving as Chairman for 16, CEO for 4, and a Board member for 27 companies. He has proven experience as an advisor in deal analysis and evaluation including due diligence and closings.
James began his career at General Dynamics doing R&D in composite materials. He led engineering teams designing parts of the Space Shuttle, first Cruise Missiles and other defense weapons. On the F-16, James was the V.P. of Operations through the first 250 aircraft. He was V.P. of engineering on the Nuclear Submarine programs, including the Trident design. Subsequently he had successful management assignments at Rockwell, Schlumberger, and FMC. After his time with large public companies, James joined the private equity community, with involvement over a wide range of industrial companies.
James graduated in engineering from the University of Iowa, and received M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from M.I.T. in engineering. He also received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Joanna is a Director and responsible for leading the firm's client relationship management initiatives in the United States.
Joanna is a seasoned investor relations and marketing professional having worked in the private equity industry for over a decade. Prior to joining TriSpan in November 2020, Joanna worked as an independent consultant for Arq Advisors providing strategic and thoughtful advisory and capital raising services to investment funds and private companies.
Prior to that, Joanna was Vice President of Investor Relations and Marketing at WL Ross & Co. LLC and Invesco Private Capital. In this role, her responsibilities included all aspects of client service and new business development, working with a wide range of global institutional investors and family office clients.
Before moving to investor relations, Joanna served as a Junior Analyst for WL Ross & Co. where she focused on the retail sector and assisted with the firm's trading and operations. Joanna started her career as Client Relations Manager for MyRichUncle, a start-up student loan company.

JP is a Partner with TriSpan and part of TriSpan's European private equity team.
JP has over 15 years of private equity and consulting experience across multiple geographies, sectors, and investment strategies including a focus on restaurant investments.
JP was part of the founding team at TriSpan driving the setup of TriSpan, its first generation of funds and the execution of the first investments.
Prior to joining TriSpan, JP worked at Quilvest, where he was engaged in private equity and advisory activities primarily in the Middle East and North Africa region. JP was also involved with the assessment of regional investment opportunities (both direct and funds) and the development and review of several private equity strategic initiatives with the CEO. In addition to his private equity responsibilities, JP delivered several advisory mandates for leading families in the region including advising on growth strategy, structuring of investment capabilities, group restructurings, portfolio rationalizations and sale of businesses and assets.

Nadine has 24 years of experience in finance in both private equity and investment banking.
Starting 2016, Nadine founded Stakeholder Advisors and joined TriSpan Group as a Senior Advisor in Europe with a particular focus on client relationship management, deal sourcing and business development.
Between 2011 and 2015, Nadine was a Partner and the Global Head of Investor Relations at Quilvest Private Equity where she was responsible for fund raising and business development in Europe for all Quilvest Private Equity and Real Estate funds and direct investments.
Prior to Quilvest, Nadine was a Director at Rothschild investment bank where she worked for 13 years on mergers & acquisitions and private placement transactions in Paris and New York for large corporates, midcaps and financial sponsors in various industries with a particular focus on Consumer Products and Family-Owned businesses. Prior to Rothschild, she worked in Paris and London for Goldman Sachs as an Analyst in mergers and acquisition and real estate principal investment.
Nadine also serves as independent Board Member at Séché Environnement - listed on Euronext stock exchange in France - and is the Chairwoman of Séché board Audit Committee as well as a member of Séché board Strategic Committee.

Nicholas brings to TriSpan over 15 years of professional experience in private equity investing and business advisory roles, gained both in the US and across Europe.
Prior to his association with TriSpan, Nicholas was a Managing Director in the North American Direct Private Equity team of the Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec (CDPQ), a major Canadian institutional fund manager. As a senior member of CDPQ's New York-based investment team he led coverage of the Business Services sector for the direct private equity platform and was responsible for the origination and execution of investment opportunities, as well as post-investment oversight. During this time Nicholas led the $2.5 billion buyout of AlixPartners, amongst other transactions, and also served as a board member of both AlixPartners and St. George's University, where he worked closely with management teams, founders and other stakeholders to drive various strategic and operational initiatives.
Prior to joining CDPQ, Nicholas spent nearly a decade in the investment team of Bridgepoint, a pan-European mid-market private equity fund, where he was a member of the Industrials and Healthcare sector teams and played a core role in numerous buyout investments across multiple European geographies representing over $1 billion in aggregate equity capital deployment. While with Bridgepoint, Nicholas also served on the board of JOA Group, France's 3 rd largest casino operator, and gained experience leading acquisition financings as a member of Bridgepoint's internal Capital Markets team.
Nicholas joined Bridgepoint from strategy consultancy Mars & Company, where he advised blue-chip, global corporate clients in the Consumer, Financial Services, and Telecommunications industries on a broad range of strategic and operational issues.
Nicholas holds SB & SM degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs in Paris.

Pericles spent his time working mostly on developing growth initiatives with Dunkin Brands, Fogo de Chao, Party City and Acosta. Before THL, he was a senior Operating executive at Cerberus Capital where he led the firm's Top-Line Growth initiatives for the 30+ portfolio companies. Throughout his career at Ceberus, THL and CDPQ, Pericles served as an Operating Partner and held a Board Seat (or Board Observer Seat) in the following companies by Industry: (i) Retail - Petsmart, Party City; (ii) Restaurants - Dunkin Brands, Fogo de Chao, Eathos; (iii) Consumer - Acosta, Somos Educacao, Korres; (iv) Healthcare - MyEyeDr, Afflelou Eyecare; and (v) Business Services/Industrial - Sterling Talentwise, SMS, Blue Bird/NABI Buses.
Prior to private equity, Pericles spent 13 years in C-level positions with Fortune 50 companies. He was the COO for YUM Brands (KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell) in Latin America and the Caribbean overseeing 1,500 stores and then the CMO for Pizza Hut International ( 11K stores). Before YUM Brands, he was the CMO for the Global Consumer Business at Bristol Myers Squibb.
Pericles started his career with McKinsey & Company where he spent 7 years with Retail and Consumer clients in the US, Europe and Latin America.

Rob is a Director within the Finance & Operations team in London, where he has the role as Operations Manager.
Prior to joining TriSpan, Rob worked at Credit Suisse UK (Private Bank) where he spent two years as Head of Strategic Business Transformation and spearheaded numerous Front Office change initiatives including the Brexit Project.
Before this Rob was at Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management where he worked since 2013. Rob joined Goldman in their Institutional Wealth Management business to cover family offices across EMEA before moving to the PWM Management team where he worked on regulatory project implementation as well as having day to day business management oversight for support staff.
Rob graduated from Imperial College London in 2006, where he studied Chemical Engineering, and then completed a year's military training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. In September 2007, Rob commissioned into the Royal Logistic Corps and a year later deployed to Afghanistan on a 6 month operational tour. In December 2011, following two years of training, Rob qualified as Bomb Disposal Operator and was posted to the UK Bomb Disposal Headquarters where he was involved in bomb disposal security for the Olympic Games in 2012, as well as being responsible preparing the Bomb Disposal Task Force which deployed to Afghanistan in 2013.

Prior to working with TriSpan, Robin spent 35 years in the restaurant / F&B sectors, where he held several senior management roles with leading casual brands. From joining Whitbread PLC in 1984, Robin has developed and led multiple pub & restaurant brands with leading UK hospitality sector PLCs including Diageo, Scottish & Newcastle and The Restaurant Group before joining Yo! Sushi in 1999.
Over 18 years, Robin built Yo! Sushi, the iconic fast-casual popular restaurant chain, from 3 to 100 company restaurants both in the UK and the US, including 16 franchise restaurants in international airports and the Gulf. In November 2017, Yo! Sushi acquired Canada-based Bento Sushi (supermarket kiosks and supply) creating a US$200m+ turnover group. Robin led Yo! Sushi's MBOs in September 2003, March 2008 and most recently in November 2015. His management philosophy is simple as he agitates for "continual improvement" on 5 Ps - People, Product, Property, Promotion and Profit.
He has been recognized by a number of awards such as "Retailer of Year" awarded by MCA, "Group Restauranteur" awarded by Catey, "Icon Winner" at the annual Peach Factory Hero & Icon Awards, and received an OBE (Order of the British Empire) for outstanding services to hospitality in 2016. The Yo! Sushi team has been recognized over the years for design, company, menu, technology and as an outstanding employer.

Samih started his career as a financial consultant at Thomson Mc Kinnon in Monaco. He then joined Bank Audi in Lebanon.
Following that, he was appointed as Chairman and CEO of IDAL (Investment Development Authority of Lebanon), the national investment promotion agency in charge of attracting FDI to the country.
Having completed his mandate at Idal, Samih moved to Russia where he was the Managing Director of Saraya Sochi, a high-end real-estate development project located on the Black Sea.
At project completion, Samih joined Quilvest and worked on Private Equity investments and direct deals in Europe and the USA.
Prior to joining Trispan, Samih was the Chairman of Abdali Investment and Development in Jordan, the company in charge of developing and managing Amman's new down-town.

Tim Ismail joined TriSpan in 2020. He previously worked as a Global Manager of FP&A at AB InBev advising Senior Management on financial planning, capital allocation and value creation. Prior to AB InBev, he worked as a M&A analyst at Lazard in the Consumer & Retail Group across beverage, beauty, restaurant and retail transactions.
