Andy has worked in the pensions industry for over 40 years and has been a director of Hartley SAS Ltd since the organisation was established in 1981. Andy's experience enables him to guide clients and their advisers through various pension processes in a way they can readily understand.
Denis has spent over 20 years in financial services with blue chip companies, having worked for Aviva, Mercer and Davy Stockbrokers (Dublin). Denis is a member of the Pensions Management Institute and he holds various qualifications in pensions and stockbroking plus a degree in computing. Denis' expertise includes pension product design and trustee services. Prior to becoming CEO he was Managing Director of Hartley SAS.
Tony is Director and Managing Partner of Hartley Pensions. He is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and holds further qualifications in Business Administration and Business Marketing. He has over 25 years of experience in the profession. Tony's expertise includes taxation, trustee services and corporate finance. He is well known for the quality of service he provides.
Wendy joined Hartley in November 2018 in a newly created role with the aim of providing vision and leadership for the challenges that come with scaling a business. Wendy started her career in the recruitment industry but has been operationally running businesses for over 10 years. She is passionate about creating a positive customer experience and is systematic in her approach to continually refining processes and developing the way that Hartley interacts with all its business partners. Whilst commercially focused, Wendy gets the most satisfaction from investing in and developing people who in turn provide exceptional service to Hartley's customers. As well as a degree in business and management, she is fully CIPD qualified and holds a Prince2 qualification.
