Vangenes was founded in 2013 by Dr. Hongliang Chen to develop and commercialize diagnostic tests for reproductive health. Utilizing the advanced well-known platform of Next Generation Sequencing, the Vangenes team developed a high standard lab processes from sampling, sequencing to data analysis on prenatal DNA test. Vangenes has established two transnational central laboratories for Non-Invasive Prenatal Paternity Test(NIPPT) since 2015， one in China and one in the United States. In the past three years, Vangenes Labs have completed more than 15,000 NIPPT cases with zero fault.
