Brian Webb - CEO

Brian Webb's practice experience includes civil litigation, business law, criminal defense, family law, housing and property disputes, family law, guardianships, tribal representation, and other legal practice areas. He helps clients with business formation, DUIs and misdemeanors, contract writing and review, divorce and custody disputes, protection orders, guardianships and conservatorships, real property disputes and evictions, and more. Mr. Webb has also served as the tribal prosecutor for two Native American tribes in Arizona and is conversant in Spanish as a second language. As the firm's founder and past owner other businesses, Mr. Webb has the knowledge and practical experience to help his clients overcome whatever challenges they may encounter. As of January 2022, Mr. Webb has taken on a full-time role as the firm's chief executive, and now primarily focuses on running the firm's daily and strategic operations. Additionally, as The 928 Law Firm's only Navajo-licensed lawyer, his case load is now limited to solely tribal cases.

J. Taylor Swick

Taylor Swick has practiced law in Arizona since 2010, and is experienced with commercial litigation, corporate law, Cannabis law, family law, federal Indian Law, insurance defense, criminal defense, and regulatory and zoning work. Mr. Swick has worked mostly in mid-sized firms where he has excelled in client relations and having a superior work ethic. Mr. Swick joined The 928 Law Firm in 2021 and is now a partner with the firm. Mr. Swick's previous law firms mainly handled various forms of litigation and insurance defense work. At his previous firms, Mr. Swick has become corporate counsel for a variety of different companies in Arizona, including in the Cannabis industry. Mr. Swick also has extensive experience with civil, criminal, and family law cases, and has litigated cases in Maricopa, Coconino, Pima, Pinal, Yavapai, and Navajo Counties as well as numerous tribal courts in Arizona. Mr. Swick has handled a variety of insurance defense cases, including construction defect cases, vehicle accidents, and contractor defense work. Mr. Swick has also worked as a Cannabis lobbyist and was formerly employed in the Cannabis industry in Arizona. Prior to Arizona's legalization of recreational adult Cannabis use, Mr. Swick worked as a medical marijuana attorney and also worked a lobbyist at the Arizona Capitol. Mr. Swick brought sophisticated and strategic lobbying efforts to the Arizona government through his relationships with sitting members of the legislature and staff at the Arizona Department of Health and Human Services. During his time as a lobbyist, Mr. Swick monitored legislative meetings, engaged in testimony, and regularly met with legislators. He also brought the industry to the legislature through individual meetings and presentations. Since Arizona's legalization of recreational adult Cannabis use, Mr. Swick has continuously represented numerous medical marijuana and recreational Cannabis businesses. Mr. Swick also has direct ties to Cannabis dispensaries outside of Arizona in his personal capacity, and therefore understands the needs of all plant-related and ancillary businesses in the Cannabis realm. He is also a member of Arizona's Cannabis Bar Association. After leaving his position as a lobbyist, Mr. Swick returned to private legal practice and representation of Arizona Cannabis and non-Cannabis businesses, including assistance with management, compliance, regulatory issues, litigation, and challenges to dispensary licenses. In his work for Arizona's Cannabis industry, Mr. Swick has dealt with many issues that can arise for medical marijuana and recreational Cannabis businesses.

Lindsey Lamey

Lindsey Lamey has been licensed to practice law in Arizona since 2017. Ms. Lamey has spent much of her career practicing in criminal defense and immigration. Since joining the 928 Law Firm, Ms. Lamey is now dedicated to serving clients with criminal defense, juvenile law, and business services needs. Throughout the legal process, Ms. Lamey stands by each client's side to ensure that they never feel like they are facing their case alone. Ms. Lamey works hard to ensure that each client receives the attention and high-quality service they deserve. This one-on-one time helps Ms. Lamey develop effective legal strategies that are tailored to meet each client's unique needs. She firmly believes that a favorable outcome is possible in each case, and she works tirelessly to reach this goal for each of her clients. In her free time, Ms. Lamey enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and traveling.

Matthew Cline

Matthew Cline moved to Flagstaff with his family in the summer of 2017, and became a licensed attorney in April 2019. Mr. Cline currently handles a variety of case types including criminal defense, estate planning, probate, civil litigation, evictions, landlord-tenant disputes, and tribal law. Mr. Cline is also fluent in Portuguese.
