All-on-4 is a relatively new concept of treatment which involves using four dental implants to reconstruct full-arch. All-on-4 was invented by Dr. Paulo Malo and Nobel Biocare. Fixed provisional bridge will be set on the day of the treatment. In addition, bone grafting is not necessary. There are many benefits from this treatment for both patients and dental surgeons, however, if it is not properly planned, it will lead to a serious consequence. Therefore, our goal is to study and pursuit the possibility of All-on-4 and zygomatic implant.
