The Aquacultural Association of Kenya (AAK) is the National umbrella body of all fish farmers in Kenya. The association which was started in the year 2007 was registered in year 2008 under section 10 of the Societies Act laws of Kenya. It is a non- political, non- religious membership association that aims at articulating issues affecting its members and the aquaculture industry at large... We build the capacity of AAK members on organisational development, aquaculture, value addition and marketing... We have promoted research on quality seeds and feeds in collaboration with the government and research centers.
