For over 35 years, Mr. Bettadapura has provided civil, environmental, and geotechnical engineering services for private and public clients for projects in California and many states across the country. He is a licensed civil engineer in California and many western states, and has academic background in civil, structural and geotechnical engineering. Mr. Bettadapura has dealt with many local, state and federal agencies for projects review, approvals and permitting. The projects have included small to large multi-disciplinary projects, including construction oversight and management. He specializes in geosynthetic applications and has been involved in design MSE walls, pavement design, slope stabilization, geosynthetic liners and covers. In the environmental field, his expertise includes, solid waste management facilities permitting, design and construction, and geotechnical aspects of soil remediation for both environmental and infrastructure projects. As the founding owner and president of ABI, he is directly involved in projects for technical aspects and quality of completed product.

Mr. Wang has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from University of California, Irvine, and has been providing civil, environmental and geotechnical engineering services since 2000. He is a licensed civil engineer in California. He has performed and managed site investigations, engineering analysis, preparation of geotechnical reports, and construction plans. Mr. Wang has performed a number of geotechnical investigations across Southern California. He manages ABI's soil testing laboratory and construction testing and observations for a variety of projects. Mr. Wang has design experience in civil engineering and earth retaining structures, including MSE walls.
