ACM CAPITAL PARTNERS is a private holding company which invests in major industries across most sectors; with a particular emphasis on the Technologies sector, including FinTechs, AgTechs, InsurTechs and Cloud Computing... Our approach to equity holdings is guided by value-investing and long-term growth. We tend to diversify our holdings across high dividend, quality stocks and small to mid-sized market caps in sectors which demonstrate a promise of hyper-growth cycles. For the later, we favour Tech companies as they have shown particularly attractive business models... Our private equity holdings spans dozens of companies, including investments ranging from Series C to pre-IPO. We target companies in sectors that have a high addressable market, which have dynamic leadership, have already generated substantial revenues and are actively backed by a renowned Venture Capitalist.
