Adrianna Carter helps bring clients' stories to life. As a Video Editor at Punch, she is involved with everything from initial video strategy to post-production work. Her favorite part of video editing is helping to create compelling stories from ideas that appear disconnected at first. Adrianna is a graduate of George Mason University where she majored in Film Studies. Don't be surprised if you see some of her work on the big screen one day!

Brian Tillman is Co-Founder and Principal at Punch. He leads Punch's strategy and content teams and serves as an advisor to Punch clients. Brian brings more than a decade of experience in technology marketing with a focus on cybersecurity, enterprise software, defense/aerospace and IT consulting. A copywriter by trade, Brian seeks to tell the story behind each brand, to make audiences think, feel and take action.
Brian has a hand in shaping the vision for each project at Punch. He works closely with clients to understand unique objectives and then advise on a creative solution that gets results. He has an active role in copywriting and marketing strategy, video concept and scriptwriting, website content strategy, and is the point person for business development.
Prior to launching Punch, Brian helmed the content and accounts teams at a DC-area strategic communications firm, led content marketing for an ecommerce startup, and advised small business owners on digital strategy. He has also sold race cars, repaired sailboats and performed across the nation as a touring musician. A graduate of St. John's College, Brian is a lifelong student of philosophy and science, and brings a relentless pursuit of truth to every Punch project.
Outside of the office Brian speaks often on technology marketing, has served as guest lecturer at UMD Smith School of Business, was featured on Executive Leaders Radio, and has served on the National Kidney Foundation DC Kidney Ball executive committee. Brian lives in Alexandria, VA with his wife and two sons.
Caroline Carini is DevOps Lead, managing Punch's website development projects as the bridge between design and dev. Caroline brings a designer's eye along with meticulous attention to detail to ensure Punch websites create the best results for clients. After graduating from Coastal Carolina University, she worked at creative agencies in Philadelphia and maintained a broad array of freelance clients. Caroline brings a fresh perspective to the team and in her free time you can find her doing DIY craft projects when she's not volunteering or coaching.

Daniel Ardura is Senior Multimedia Producer at Punch. He films, edits, animates, pilots drones and tells stories that bring clients brands to life in motion. When he's not in the office, you'll probably find him at the poker table.

Danny McGarvey is a Senior Graphic Designer at Punch. He says the most rewarding part of his job is the moment when an idea turns into something tangible. Originally from Pennsylvania, he studied Fine Art and Graphic Design at Millersville University. Outside of creating captivating designs, you can find him playing guitar, cycling and drawing sketches. In his own words, Danny has a "strangely wide" knowledge of country music.
Erin Fettig takes client designs to the next level. As a Senior Graphic Designer, she helps organizations advance their mission through compelling designs that tell a story. Graduating from George Fox University with a degree in Art and Design, she has always had a passion for creative work. Erin loves everything outdoors, from hiking to paddleboarding - after all, she did grow up on the West Coast. She claims that coffee is the secret to her innovative ideas.
Israel Ochoa puts client missions into motion. As a Web Developer at Punch, Israel is responsible for ensuring that websites are as visually appealing as they are functional. Israel believes his mastery of CSS layouts comes from an early interest in building furniture from scratch - the same passion that taught him how exciting problem solving can be. In his free time, you can find Israel spending time with his family, reading about cars and physics and showing off his competitive spirit playing World of Warcraft.

Jairo Angulo is a Jr. Developer at Punch. After graduating with a degree in computer science, Jairo became a field engineer and participated in a coding bootcamp. It's there where he realized that development was his true passion. He says the most rewarding part of coding is being able to solve problems while making a real difference for clients. When Jairo's not developing websites and apps, you can find him playing soccer, enjoying the outdoors, and binge-watching the latest Netflix show.
Jared Ruddock has a knack for turning strategy into results. He was introduced to the marketing industry as an intern with Punch in 2019. As a Content Strategist at Punch, he now supports Punch's strategy and content work with innovative thinking. In Jared's freetime you can find him running, reading or watching sports. Jared also takes pride in his background: he's Colombian, Cape-Verdean, and Jamaican.
Jillian Paul helps tell stories through bold designs. As a Senior Designer, Jillian designs brands, websites, and marketing materials that help clients achieve their goals. Originally born in Minnesota, Jillian moved to the DMV area and graduated from James Madison University with a B.F.A in Graphic Design. Her favorite part about the creative industry is that no two days are ever alike. When Jillian isn't flexing her creativity in the office, you can find her channeling it in the kitchen with new recipes.

Joe DePalma is Co-Founder and Principal at Punch. He serves as Punch's creative director, leading the design and development teams to bring bold brands to life. Joe holds more than fifteen years experience as a designer and front-end developer, with expertise in branding, website design, software UX/UI and mobile application design. Joe's design work for clients has been featured in publications from Gizmodo to the Washington Post.
Joe is instrumental in shaping the direction for each Punch project, providing guidance to the team, as well as actively contributing design, to ensure each client's unique vision is realized in a creative and compelling way. Joe is a valued advisor to clients, providing technical and creative guidance.
Prior to launching Punch, Joe led the creative teams at two DC-area digital marketing agencies. His work has covered industries from cybersecurity and technology, to hospitality and retail, consumer products and government contracting. For each new project, Joe brings the insight, expertise and creativity to ensure clients' success.
Joe is a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design, and remains a mentor to SCAD students. He is an active speaker and member of the design community, and has spoken on design management and strategy at Georgetown University, lectured at UMD Smith School of Business, and featured on a number of podcasts. Joe has served on the executive committee for DC Kidney Ball and supports the annual PanCan walk to end pancreatic cancer. Joe lives in Fairfax, VA with his wife, daughter and son.
Jon Savitt helps brands speak out. As a copywriter and social media strategist, Jon writes content that helps businesses connect with audiences, raise awareness and drive new sales. Punch coworkers know him as the fun one in the office, at least according to Jon. With expertise writing across the spectrum of digital media - from blogging, to copywriting and tweeting - Jon approaches each new project with enthusiasm and skill. He appreciates the power of the written word, but he also likes talking, which is why you may find him doing stand-up at a venue near you. Jon believes people are entitled to enjoy Raisin Bran even if he doesn't necessarily agree with that cereal choice.
Josue Ochoa the lead developer at Punch, an absolute wizard of WordPress, responsible for transforming bold designs into clean, functional responsive websites. Josue is an active member of the open source community, serving as a resource to developers worldwide, and was part of the development team of one of WordPress' most widely used themes with nearly 150K downloads. Josue has developed hundreds of sites, from simple responsive landing pages, to massive content libraries. In his free time Josue enjoys playing video games and spending time with family.

Laura Brink is an Account Coordinator at Punch. She works directly with clients to make sure their asks gets made into tasks and that those tasks get completed! Laura is a proud graduate of The University of Akron where she double majored in Integrated Marketing Communications and Marketing Management and minored in Computer Imaging. When Laura isn't working she can be found kayaking, bingeing Netflix, or hanging out with friends and family.
Laura Indingaro is an experienced graphic designer who was destined to create from a young age. Prior to joining Punch, Laura was a design lead at a publication group focused on engaging top influencers in the tech industry both online and in-person. Whether designing a website or a brochure, she always delivers unique new ways to help clients reach audiences. Laura's ideal Saturday is waking up to a relaxing breakfast, sailing with her family, then having dinner on the water. Her go-to karaoke song is an instant classic: "Lucky" by Britney Spears.
Max Wolfe is a talented artist who brings a creative eye to clients' designs. As a Graphic Designer at Punch, Max approaches each project with the goal of having her work leave a lasting impression on users. Previously, she was Art Director for Coastal Carolina's literary art magazine before working at a boutique design studio in Charleston, SC. When she's not keeping up with the Kardashians, Max enjoys being with friends and visiting her family.
Megan Boyd designs innovative and approachable brands. She's from Alpharetta, Georgia, but tells everyone she's from Atlanta because "It's easier and sounds way cooler." That's fair, Megan. A graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design, Megan has a knack for adding punch to projects across print and digital media. Her expertise includes logo and brand design, website design and illustration. In her downtime she's a kickass drummer and maybe a superhero, we're still not sure. Megan claims that she and Pikachu are kindred spirits. This explains why she's constantly shocking clients with her uniquely fresh visuals.
