The meaning of ÆNDRÈ is change. We are the change. We eat the change. Changing is a verb. In order to create change, we have to be the change. My goal was and is to not only serve our guests in our deli, but to serve the greater good. I am deeply committed to contributing to making our food system better, to making our health system better, to contributing to the lives of the people around me.
