Addys Bermudez

Addys Bermudez is the litigation paralegal of the team. Addys is skilled in filing, researching, and retrieving documents from public records related to litigation matters. Addys has experience in both State and Federal Court, both in the State of Florida and New York. In addition, Addys is well versed in setting up corporations in different states, including Florida, New York, North Carolina, and Delaware, just to name a few. Addys is also skilled in preparing basic filings, that, once reviewed by one of the attorneys, can be filed. This results in a significant saving for the clients.

Alberto N. Moris

practices in the areas of corporate and real estate transactions, in addition to commercial litigation. Mr. Moris has represented various commercial entities as diverse as airlines, air cargo companies, real estate development companies, franchisors/franchisees, property management companies, construction companies and contractors. Mr. Moris graduated from the University of Miami in 1987 and from Emory University School of Law in 1990. He is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Courts for the District of Connecticut and the Southern District of Florida, in addition to the United States Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit. Mr. Moris is an Agent of Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund and issues title policies through Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. He is multilingual in Spanish and French. Since 2007, Mr. Moris has also been an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University School of Law where he teaches International Business Transactions to Third Year law students.

Yolanda Arencibia

is the Closing Coordinator for the Firm. While working with Giacomo, Yolanda handles all aspects of a real estate closing, from the intake of the file through the final disbursement and issuance of the policy. Just like the lawyers at the Firm, Yolanda undergoes severe training and attends yearly seminars in the industry, to ensure that her skills are always sharp and that she is on top of the game. Yolanda provides services to individuals, investors, and banks, and has received nothing but compliments for all of them. Yolanda is also the paralegal assigned to evictions and foreclosure matters. She has over five years of experience working in the real estate legal industry, but she has over a decade of experience working with tenants and homeowners within condominium association. At times, Yolanda is the go-to person within the firm to solve a practical problem that a client has with respect to a closing, an eviction, or a foreclosure.
