We provide services in the areas of homemaker personal care, transportation, and 24-hour care. We have set out to create an environment where we set our team members up for success by empowering them to provide the best in home care service to the clients, and in-turn empowering our clients to live the lives they want and desire, and to successfully achieve all of their personal goals... A-Plus offers personal transportation services (non-emergency) for our clients. Our goal is to get the patient safety from one location to another while offering support... A-Plus aims to prevent the need for care outside of the home. These services make it possible for individuals to live in their own homes or to return to their homes by providing assistance in completing tasks they are unable to manage without assistance.
