Bill Townsend is a well-known and highly respected energy industry executive, with over 25 years of international experience in the oil and gas sector.
Bill has led INPEX's growing presence in Australia, having been involved in the landmark Ichthys LNG project offshore Darwin from its inception and development through to production.
Prior to joining INPEX he worked in senior management positions for Woodside and BP, both locally and abroad.

Mr Welberry has extensive international experience as a public and government affairs leader.
His strong people management skills have accrued across almost 30 years in the resources and energy sector, including more than two decades with oil and gas major ExxonMobil.
Mr Welberry began with ExxonMobil in 2000 as a Melbourne-based government relations adviser, rising to Global Head of Strategy and Planning (public and government affairs) at the company's Texas headquarters.
In 2021 he joined Newcrest Mining, which was acquired by Newmont Corporation - the world's leading gold miner.

Jo has significant executive and operational experience across multiple industries. This includes roles in Star City Hotel and Casino, 11 years with McDonalds in a range of positions including leading the $1.5 billion supply chain nationally, operating their NSW/ ACT businesses, and leading the Human Resources and Communications teams in Australia.
Jo spent time with Westpac before moving into her current organisation, Ampol, where she is the executive responsible for their B2B and consumer businesses, leading a team of over 7000 people, over 700 sites (including approx. 100 kitchens) and a combined shop and fuel revenue of $4.5 billion across the consumer sector.

Johnpaul Dimech is Sodexo's Zone President APMEA, Brazil and LatAm; Region CEO, APMEA. He is also a member of Sodexo's Group Executive Committee.
Johnpaul is a seasoned and astute international CEO with over 20 years' experience in the B2B and B2C markets. He began his career at Sodexo in 1998 at the Olympic Stadium in Sydney. He has since worked his way through a series of global C-suite positions, including being the Country CEO of Australia, Singapore and India.
Appointed as the Region Chair of the Asia Pacific region since 2017, Johnpaul facilitates the development and growth of Sodexo across 12 countries with the Regional Leadership Committee and team of Country Presidents to develop new business interests and promote the Sodexo brand. His appointment as CEO, Geographic Regions since 2019 further ensures a robust governance framework with the regional and country leadership teams, enhancing strong collaboration across all 64 countries where Sodexo is present.
In his previous role as CEO, Mining Worldwide within Sodexo's global Energy & Resources segment, Johnpaul has focused his teams on providing services that improve the quality of life of those who work and live in often extreme conditions to ensure safe, comfortable and productive environments that enhance wellbeing and improve competitiveness. Among many achievements, Johnpaul has been a leader of the unprecedented, collaborative tender process which enabled Sodexo to sign a ten year integrated facilities management contract with a leading global mining client in Western Australia - the largest contract of its kind in Sodexo's history.
As a "hands-on" leader, he has further driven Sodexo's commitment to Safety, and Diversity & Inclusion; building gender diverse teams and successfully integrating people and cultures in local communities. His pragmatic approach to driving results through organizational design, performance and contract management as well as operational excellence has allowed this recognized leader to deliver sustainable growth and margin improvement.
Johnpaul is a board member of the Australian Resources and Energy Employer Association AREEA and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. He is also a Board Member of Food Bank Singapore, a charity organization which champions the optimization of food resources among the community. He sits on the STOP Hunger Advisory Committee and is an executive sponsor of Sodexo's Global Disability Voice Task force, encouraging conversations and support around disabilities, in particular, mental health.
A lifelong learner, Johnpaul studied Management at Swinburne University in Melbourne and has continued in his pursuit of education and betterment through courses at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Sodexo Management Institute, the Centre of Creative Learning and the University of Chicago GSB. He currently resides in Singapore with his family.

Formerly Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Broadspectrum, a company comprising around 14,000 people. Upon acquisition by Ventia, Tom was appointed Executive Director through transition and continues in an advisory capacity.
Previously Tom was Group Vice President of Jacob's North American Upstream and Midstream business in Canada, managing 7,000 employees.
His senior leadership experience includes Managing Director, Aker Solutions in Australia, and Director of Operations, Fluor Corporation.
Tom's depth of experience globally includes working in engineering, construction and maintenance enterprises across the manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, food, and chemical industries. His expertise includes leading enterprises underpinned by sustainable and strategic decision-making, acute tactical planning and implementation, while influencing brand marketing and building strong customer relationships.
He has a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), a Master of Business Administration, and from 2010 to 2013 he was recognised as one of the top 100 engineers in Australia by Engineers Australia.
Tom also is an Associate for Melbourne Business School and mentor for executive students at QUT.
