Anna recently joined Aspire as our Cyber Security Officer and is also tasked with the upgrade of the company's data management systems. Anna holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science.
Ben has over twenty years' experience in the energy insurance market as both a broker and underwriter, including four and a half years in the Middle East. Ben was the Vice President of Energy at I.G.I and prior to this worked at Agnew Higgins Pickering and Company Limited for 8 years.
Benney joined the Aspire team in March 2021. Prior to this, Benney spent five years working in Dubai based insurance companies with her most recent experience as an Underwriting Assistant in the Energy team at National General Insurance Co. Benney holds a Master's in Business Administration and is a Cert. CII.
Beverley brings a wealth of experience to Aspire in the Power Generation sector having spent 17 years in the Engineering Division of the Allianz Group. From 2012 to 2020 Beverley was based in the Allianz Dubai office in the DIFC as Head of Engineering responsible for the underwriting and development of the CAR/EAR and Power portfolio for the MENA region.

Jay joined the Company in March 2019 and is the Company Secretary for Aspire. Jay also assists Richard Smith as Energy Underwriting Assistant. Jay holds an Associate Degree in Tourism Management from the Philippine Women's University.
Jerry joined Aspire in November 2019 and is the Company's Finance Officer. Jerry holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a major in Management Accounting.

Maebelle is a Certified Public Accountant. Maebelle brings a valuable skill set to the organization based on her previous 10 years of experience as Audit Manager with Moore Stephens Dubai office. Her client base extended to organisations both within and outside of the Dubai International Financial Centre.
Mark has over 40 years of experience in the (re)insurance market, with 25 years as a marine and energy underwriter in the London Market and since 2005, holding senior positions in the (Re)insurance industry in the Middle East with responsibility for all the specialty lines of business. Mark was formerly Senior Vice President of Underwriting at International General Insurance Company Limited (I.G.I) in Jordan and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Underwriter of Kuwait Re based in Kuwait City.
Paul has underwritten a worldwide energy portfolio for over 30 years and was formerly President and Head of Underwriting at International General Insurance Company Limited (I.G.I). Prior to this Paul headed up the energy underwriting for the Commercial Union in the London Company and Lloyd's markets.
Rachel has over 30 years of experience in the London and International insurance markets and brings a wealth of claims knowledge to the company. Rachel was previously Senior Vice President Operations with IGI and prior to that held senior claims positions with London market and Lloyd's insurers. In addition to the her role with AUAL, Rachel also serves as Head of Claims for sister agency OOUL.

Since 2005, Richard has served in various senior international roles in both engineering and insurance for Zurich, Asia Capital Re and FM Global. He has a wealth of experience in the Afro/Asian markets most recently as a Senior Underwriter for Energy, Power and Engineering Lines. Prior to this, Richard worked in the London market as a Risk Engineer and as a site-based Civil Engineer. Richard holds a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering and is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII).
