In the mid 90's, at the request of some of our chef customers, we began experimenting with micro greens. Tiny, intensely flavored and beautiful, these little seedlings captured our customers' attention -- and increasingly demanded ours. Within five years micro greens had become the center of our focus, and in 2005 we made the decision to let the field go fallow... Ashland Farm: providing microgreens for Atlanta restaurants; preserving open space for riding; protecting habitat for wildlife.
