ASLDS is engaged in skill development training initiative of the Govt.of India.The company provides skill development training to the weaker sections of society in collaboration of various Sector Skill Councils under The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneureship,Govt of India.We are also implementing training programs funded under CSR by PSUs... The ASLDS aims to conduct skill development training to thousands of youths from rural and urban areas of the country in coming years so that a highly skilled manpower is available to the industry as well as the successful trainees can establish their self employment ventures with credit facilities from banks and other financial institutions to become ‘‘Employment giver rather than Employment seekers.''
