Dr. Murielle Beene is Senior Vice President and Chief Health Informatics Officer at Trinity Health. She is responsible for strategic and visionary leadership in communicating complex trends to influence change to improve the impact of informatics on the systems of care. She also advances the activities of health informatics and analytics in support efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare operations with the primary goal of advancing evidence-based health practice through data, information and dissemination of knowledge and wisdom. Previously, she served as Chief Nursing Informatics Officer for Trinity Health and also spent 10 years serving as Chief Nursing Informatics Officer at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Dr. Mault has more than 35 years of experience in senior executive positions in the health IT and medical device industry as well as clinical medicine. He has founded five health IT and medical device companies, leading these companies to develop novel devices and software technologies, gain FDA approvals and forge strategic partnerships with numerous Fortune 500 companies. He is the named inventor of over 80 issued and pending patents for a variety of health IT and medical device innovations. Dr. Mault received his B.S. in Biology and Medical Degree from the University of Michigan and conducted his General Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery residency training at Duke University Medical Center. He has been board-certified in both General Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery, having specialized in heart and lung transplantation, thoracic oncology and critical care.

John is an Executive-in-Residence at the Harvard Medical School Executive Education. He is a former senior vice president of population health, at Cerner Corporation. John was the founding chair of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) and the past-president of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). Dr. Joe Kvedar has been driving innovation, creating the market, and gaining acceptance for connected health for nearly three decades. He is now applying his expertise, insights, and influence to advancing adoption of telehealth and virtual care technologies at the national level. Dr. Kvedar continues to guide the transformation of healthcare delivery as a respected thought leader, author, and convener.
Dr. Kvedar is the Immediate Past Chair of the Board of the American Telemedicine Association (ATA). As Editor-in-Chief of npj Digital Medicine, a Nature Research journal, he is working to establish the evidence base needed to guide innovation and the implementation of virtual care.
He is co-chair the American Medical Association's (AMA) Digital Medicine Payment Advisory Group (DMPAG), which works to ensure widespread coverage of telehealth and remote patient monitoring, and successfully established several new provider codes for telehealth reimbursement through the CPT process. Dr. Kvedar is also a member of the AAMC's (Association of American Medical Colleges) telehealth committee, creating tools that will enable medical schools and residency programs to integrate telehealth into the training of future practitioners.

Mona Siddiqui, MD, MPH, MSE is Senior Vice President for Enterprise Clinical Strategy and Quality at Humana where she leads the development and management of Humana's integrated clinical strategy and provides direction for clinical quality in an effort to drive continued improvement in the care and safety of patients.
Dr. Siddiqui most recently served at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as the Department's inaugural Chief Data Officer. In that role, she led the effort to connect the nation's health care data through the build-out of an enterprise wide data-sharing platform and governance structure at HHS and advanced the Department's Artificial Intelligence strategy. Previously, Dr. Siddiqui served at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation implementing rapid cycle testing for payment models and model development for tech enabled solutions. She has also served with the White House Social and Behavioral Sciences Team ("nudge" unit) during the Obama administration working with ONC, CMS, FDA, VA and DHA on implementing and testing insights from behavioral economics in large scale government programs to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Prior to her work in the federal government, Dr. Siddiqui was at the Johns Hopkins University Health System where she was focused on driving value based care initiatives.
Dr. Siddiqui holds a medical degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, a master's degree in Quantitative Methods from the Harvard School of Public Health, and a degree in Management and Engineering from Stanford University.

Sree Chaguturu, MD is executive vice president and chief medical officer of CVS Health®. He leads the CVS Health medical affairs organization spanning Aetna®, CVS Caremark®, CVS Pharmacy®, MinuteClinic®, women's health and genomics, data and analytics, patient safety and health equity.
Sree is focused on advancing the highest possible clinical quality standards, increasing access to care, improving patient outcomes and reducing overall health care costs across the CVS Health enterprise.
Sree previously served as chief medical officer of CVS Caremark, the company pharmacy benefits management (PBM) business, where he provided clinical oversight for the pharmacy benefits design strategy. Before joining CVS Health, Sree was chief population health officer of Mass General Brigham, the largest health care system in Massachusetts. Yasmine Winkler is former CEO of UnitedHealthcare Community & State's Central Region, where she was responsible for managing the P&L, growing the Medicaid business, and winning multiple geographic and product expansion opportunities. Winkler also served as the Community & State division's chief consumer officer, where she not only proposed and established Net Promoter Score (NPS) as a fundamental metric in measuring consumer satisfaction, but helped to implement the inclusive delivery model for social services, including housing, education, transportation, nutrition, and healthcare. Before assuming these roles in February 2015, Yasmine was the chief marketing, product and innovation officer for UnitedHealthcare's Employer & Individual division.
With over thirty-five years in the health insurance industry, Yasmine has fostered a unique ability to develop and match health insurance business solutions to the needs of the marketplace. She has garnered extensive experience in accreditation, quality improvement, business process development, marketing, and product development and innovation. Under her leadership, UnitedHealthcare launched a portfolio of new capabilities and products that modernized how consumers interact with insurance.
Winkler is a fellow of Leadership Greater Chicago; serves on the board of directors for the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA), the Hubbard Street Dance Company, the Product Development Management Association, the American Telemedicine Association and the Chicago Network; and is currently a member of Women in the Boardroom and the Latino Corporate Directors and a Leadership Greater Chicago fellow.
