Sang Hoon Jeong - CEO

Mr. Jeong served as the CEO of Mirae Asset (Shanghai) Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. and Managing Director of Mirae Asset Securities Co., Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Jeong was a foreign law consultant with King & Wood which is one of the top law firms in China. Before he joined King & Wood, Mr. Jeong had practiced at Sojong Partners, a Korean law firm. Mr. Jeong is admitted to the Korea Bar in 2000. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) in 1994 and Master of Laws (LL.M) in 2005, both from Seoul National University. In addition, Mr. Jeong attended a training program at the Law School of Columbia University (New York) in 2002. Mr. Jeong obtained his qualification of managing real estate project from Ministry of Construction and Transportation of ROK, and currently is a member of the legal committee.

Seungho Rhee

Tong Soo Chung - CEO

Mr. Chung has a distinguished career as a lawyer in the U.S. and Korea, a senior government official in the U.S. government, a quasi-official role as the Head of Invest KOREA in the Republic of Korea, and as a trusted advisor to many businesses. In recognition of his achievements, he was appointed as an Honorary Ambassador of Foreign Investment Promotion for the Republic of Korea in April 2021. His experiences in the corporate world include working as a financial analyst at the Treasurer Department at Exxon Corporation (1980-81), a statutory auditor and an advisor to Maxon Telecom (2002-2004), manufacturer of cellular phones and two-way radios in Korea, and a board of directors at Korea Resources Corporation (2015-2021), the national mining company in Korea, among others. He graduated from Harvard University with honors (B.A.) in 1977, received a master's degree in public administration from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University in 1980, and a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 1984.

Yohan Song is a Senior Managing Director of Striker Capital Management, Mr., Song worked at the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy for 20 years. Mr. Song is an expert in overseas investment in Asia. Mr. Song received a BA in Business Administration from Seoul National University and received a MA in Energy and Environmental Policy from the University of Delaware
