Alyssa H. Henry joined Intel Corporation's board of directors in January 2020. Henry is an independent director. She has served as chief executive officer of Square, a technology company that helps sellers more easily run and grow their businesses with its integrated ecosystem of commerce, staff, customer and banking solutions, for Block Inc. (formerly Square Inc.), a provider of software, hardware and financial services for small businesses and individuals, since February 2023. She also served as Square Lead and Block Infrastructure and Information Security Lead from December 2021 to February 2023, where she led Square, inclusive of product development and go-to-market, and Block's technical infrastructure and information security. Henry was also Seller Lead for Square from 2014 to December 2021. She oversaw global engineering, product management, design, sales, marketing, partnerships and support for Square's seller-facing software and financial services products. Prior to Square, Henry served in a variety of leadership positions with Amazon.com Inc. from 2006 to 2014, including as vice president of Amazon Web Services Storage Services, where she led services including Amazon S3, Amazon EBS and Amazon Lambda; and as Amazon's director of Software Development for Ordering, with responsibility for Amazon's ordering workflow software and databases. Before Amazon, Henry spent 12 years at Microsoft Corp., working on databases and data access technologies in various engineering, program management and product unit management roles. Henry started her career as a developer in the financial services industry. She has served as a member of the board of directors of Confluent Inc., a data infrastructure software company, since May 2021. She previously served on the board of Unity Software Inc., a video game software development company.

Miller Boise has more than 25 years' experience and has served in executive leadership roles including chief legal officer, general counsel, and head of global mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in her career, Miller Boise practiced on Wall Street and later led the largest office of an AmLaw 200 law firm as managing partner and was a member of the firm's executive committee. She has worked with companies across industries including aerospace, electrical products and services, financial services, commercial transportation, automotive, mining, and oil and gas. Miller Boise holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Business School. She is a member of the board of directors of Trane Technologies. April Miller Boise is executive vice president and chief legal officer at Intel Corporation. She leads Intel's global legal, trade and government affairs team, is a member of the executive leadership team and a strategic adviser to the company and the board of directors. Barbara G. Novick joined Intel Corporation's board of directors in December 2022. Novick is an independent director. She co-founded BlackRock Inc. in 1988 and continued as its vice chairman until February 2021, when she transitioned to senior advisor. From 1988 to 2009, Novick headed the Global Account Management Group at BlackRock and oversaw global business development, marketing and client service across equity, fixed income, liquidity, alternative investment and real estate products for institutional and individual investors and their intermediaries worldwide. In 2009, she established BlackRock's Global Government Relations and Public Policy Group to provide a voice for investors, which she headed until 2021; and from 2018 to 2020, she additionally oversaw BlackRock's Global Investment Stewardship team. Novick has served since 2021 on the private company board of directors of New York Life Insurance Co., a mutual insurance company. She also serves on the boards of the Peterson Institute for International Economics, 100 Women in Finance, Committee on Capital Markets Regulation, and on the advisory boards of GrowthCurve Capital, a private equity firm, the Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership, and the Center for Financial Stability. Novick earned a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in economics from Cornell University. She has authored numerous articles on asset management and public policy issues and over her career received numerous awards and accolades, including Barron's 100 Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance in 2020 and Fixed Income Analysts Society's (FIASI) Hall of Fame in 2023.

Dr. Ann B. Kelleher is executive vice president and general manager of Foundry Technology Development at Intel Corporation. She is responsible for the research, development and deployment of next-generation silicon logic, packaging and test technologies that power the future of Intel's innovation. Previously, Kelleher was general manager of Manufacturing and Operations, where she oversaw Intel's worldwide manufacturing operations including Fab Sort Manufacturing, Assembly Test Manufacturing and strategic planning, as well as corporate quality assurance and corporate services. Before that, she served as co-general manager of the Technology and Manufacturing Group. Kelleher joined Intel in 1996 as a process engineer, going on to manage technology transfers and factory ramp-ups in a variety of positions spanning 200mm and 300mm technologies. She started her manufacturing leadership journey as the factory manager of Fab 24 in Leixlip, Ireland. She then moved to Chandler, Arizona, to manage Intel's Fab 12 facility, followed by serving as the site manager of Intel's Fab 11X fabrication facility in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. She then became general manager of the Fab Sort Manufacturing organization where she was responsible for all aspects of Intel's high-volume silicon manufacturing. Kelleher holds a bachelor's degree, a master's degree and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering, all from University College Cork in Ireland.
