Barnes Foundation is an NGO operating as a social enterprise in partnership with Barnes & Sons Farms Ltd, & Barnes Property Ltd, that provides career training and opportunities for vulnerable young people and ex-offenders at risk of offending... We believe that people are powerful, and communities have strengths and assets. We believe that each vulnerable person in our society has the capacity, potential and right to improve itself through either state or private support that might be available to them.
