Bauzyme is a biotechnology company founded in 2022. Founder Dr. Barış Binay has been researching enzymes since 2001. Having started enzyme research with the potential for use of lipase enzymes in the food industry for his undergraduate graduation project, Dr. Barış Binay worked on recombinant enzyme production and enzyme engineering during his master's and doctoral years. He has worked on many enzymes used for industrial, medical, pharmaceutical and research purposes. These studies have been supported by national and international projects and have been published in prestigious SCI/E indexed journals...
